If you would like to schedule an inspection on the phone then give us a call at either 360-893-4850 or toll free at 877-480-6406 and we can take your information. We are always pleased to speak with you, however, this is the least efficient way to book an inspection. Many times during the day we are in the middle of an inspection and we are not able to check the available times and will have to call you back. Our new online scheduling center can expedite your order and allow you to select the day and time of the inspection.

The schedule center allows you to pick and confirm your appointment time online. If you have any difficulty, or you do not see a time slot that fits your needs, please don’t hesitate to call me. We will make every effort to meet you scheduling needs.

1. You can now choose and confirm an inspection appointment online. The calendar shows a list of available dates for you to choose from.
2. You are quoted a fee based on the information you provide when placing an inspection order.
3. Email reminders of the day and time of the inspection are generated and sent to: the buyer, the seller, the selling agent, and the listing agent IF their email address is provided at the time of scheduling.
4. The schedule center remembers you once you place an inspection order. For any subsequent orders, your information is saved and you will not need to input it again.
